Been trying to practice stand up shooting instead of off the dribble. ⛹️
After I get behind the free throw line my form feels weird and my shot isn’t consistent. 😔

Been warming up with a weighted ball recently and it crazy what it does to your shot! 🏋️
Keeps your form in check while also making sure you are transferring the strength from your legs to the ball properly. 🦵
