Called to Connect was incredible! So many powerful speakers, fresh insights, and undeniable revelations in the room. My biggest takeaways were 1. to invest in relationships and people. 2. God has promoted me but I’ve been reluctant 1. I’m great at putting my head down and executing — I also want to be a leader folks have a good relationship with. 2. God has shifted me (my perspective) from a creator who uses tech to a leader pioneering tech. Standing firm in the truth that I am a Black Man in tech. God showed me I was disqualifying myself from the promotion He done BEEN gave me 🤦🏽‍♂️ It has been an expansive and transformative couple weeks for me personally. - moved into a new condo in LA - adopted Hugo 🐶 - my parents came to visit 🖤 I’ll be taking the next few days or so to just meditate on Gods goodness and faithfulness. New podcast episode will be dropping soon after 🤞🏾thanks for being on this journey with me!

Hugo was very sad from me being at the leadership conference all day 😫 He wouldn’t eat or look at me at first. I felt terrible! But I spent a lot of time snuggling and affirming him. Asked him to forgive me and let him know that I’m learning too. It took some time, but the trust is back up and he’s snoozin like a Prince 😴 🙏🏾 I’m looking forward to truly settling into the new condo and our new routine together 💞 #dogdaddiaries

Another day, another dog accessory 😅 Today is officially 1 week since adopting Hugo! We’re learning a lot about each other (including that he’s partially blind) and he seems to be very comfortable with me. He’s fully off his anxiety meds 🙌🏾 and is opening up day by day. All the ways I’ve used GPT to raise my rescue dog, Hugo 🐶 A guide for dog parents who love their pets and use AI like a superpower: 1. Adoption Prep I had questions before I even met him: • What to ask the shelter • How to know if I’m ready • How to prep my home GPT helped me walk into that shelter with clarity & peace. 2. Health + Recovery Hugo came home after major dental surgery & neutering. I asked GPT: • How to soothe him without a bath • How to safely clean his blanket • What meds like Gabapentin or Meloxicam actually do 3. Building Trust He’s older. Soft-pawed. Quiet. I asked GPT how to read his behavior: • Was he a stray? • Is he partially blind? (He is.) • What does “lenticular opacity OU” mean on his chart? GPT translated medical notes and helped me translate his energy.

Idk who needs to hear this but Jesus is WITH YOU!! 2yrs ago, I lost everything. My life in LA, my relationship, and my job. I had to restart and move back home to Michigan. During that time I fully dedicated my life to Jesus and reevaluated what a “Rich Life” was to me. 1. God 2. Freedom 3. Family 4. Health Since then, my life has completely transformed! As I continue to move in Faith, every need and desire of my heart has been met. Down to the Black and White dog I’ve been praying for! For a really long time, the church, society, etc made it seem like because I’m trans, I’m not able to have a relationship with God. Welp. Survey says FALSE! I’ve been mythbusting with Faith Training for the last 1.5yrs and lemme tell you - God has been showin up and showin out! It’s about RELATIONSHIP not Religion or Rules. What’s your heart like? That’s what God wants to know. 🫶🏾
