Back then, I was doing more than 10km of cardio every day and strength training for 2 hours, 3 times a week. However, after injuring my shoulder, I exercised less frequently, stopped paying attention to my diet, and my self-confidence dropped. I'll use this cast as motivation to work hard and get back to my former physical shape.
