I released V12 Gate v2.0.0. AI coding agents say “done” too easily. CI can pass, tests can pass, but the next human or AI session may still be unable to restart safely. V12 Gate checks the missing handoff layer: - evidence anchor - rollback point - stop condition - unresolved assumptions - what the next AI must not change PASS is not a truth guarantee.
