Dev day felt like we’re actually getting somewhere.

Farcaster feels closer to a product that serves a set of users with a business model direction that could be sustainable to scale to a lot more users. Crypto is inherently financial and Farcaster could become the go to place for crypto users to discover, trade and create.

The day was more about product features as it relates to user acquisition more than anything else with a continued focus on wallet, trading + investing and the social connectivity around it. Minimal updates to the underlying protocol bc it’s unclear what’s needed at that level as it relates to user acquisition.

The network of people who have been around for years together at this point only feels like it gets stronger as it expands and brings other talented people into the network. I love the URL to IRL aspect of farcaster that’s strengthened the network with in person events.
