on a call with female founders group and im the youngest by over 20 years, everyone gave an intro and no one else got ‘let’s all give her feedback’ after their intro just me like ok

I don’t think anyone gives feedback to people they don’t care about, and just because someone gives feedback, doesn’t mean it’s good advice anyway . Keep being awesome and leading the way and being you.

Even unsolicited feedback is useful when viewed from a position of detachment. Keep winning.

This happened to me one time when I was one of like, 3 women and the lead woman felt needed to give me and nobody else feedback 🫠

I would've told them no, which is why I don't get invited to things.

on my life i hate situations like this. why do i need to be nurtured just because im younger lol

we are all humans with our own solid position, age has nothing to do with it
