I like a 4 stage cadence for dev:

- market share (new users)
- cust sat (existing)
- tech debt reduction 
- rest, look outward, FAFO 

Old habits die hard. Still using channels.

I do sometimes, don’t think it matters 

I was only reading channels when there been about a dozen of them 

Since then only notifs feed 

People > Channels
