I remember writing a cast at some point that no weather app defaults to "Feels like" temperature which is designed to be more accurate based on humidity wind etc
This app gets it perfectly and has customizations + gives you timely notifications on rain etc

this is basically a trick to get people to deposit money that buy treasuries at the highest rates in decades - to lower them a bit?
but also that locks the money in for 18 years during which dollar can become irrelevant and crash in value far more than you'd gain
