The real question is: why should they even be on Farcaster? Why pour so much energy into a niche community when X has millions of daily active users? If the goal is wider adoption and visibility, Farcaster just isn’t where the momentum is right now. I do see the innovation Solana integration, built-in wallets, all of that. But honestly, it’s just not enough in my opinion. The user base is still too small, and the focus on mini-apps and internal experiments doesn’t really click with the broader crypto culture. I wanted to see Virtual and Kaito thrive here too, but if they’re serious about growth, Farcaster isn’t the right platform at least not yet. I’d even go as far as saying it wouldn’t surprise me if The Arena on Avalanche overtakes Farcaster in terms of activity in the coming months. I’m not a pro X maxi, but the reality is for crypto, that’s still where everything’s happening.
