yes, i heard the bit about ✨effortless onboarding✨ but i'm confused; if your tam is no larger than farcaster itself - ie, degen client will only ever be a subset of the whole userbase - why not just use SIWF? unless you're worried about bots. in which case i'd ask: why are you already worried about bots? they're attracted to automatic incentives. re-imagining allowances might reduce the problem you're trying to avoid.

if you're going after an entirely new set of users, then sure, it makes sense. odd that you're building a client for farcaster-naive non-natives (ie not degens or degentlemen). but i respect your willingness to start from bare metal and populate with different folks. pyrrhic but thorough.

Not trying to poach Farcaster users—if they join, cool. But we’re aiming for net-new, non-crypto-native folks. Phone + OTP is just dead simple.
