Channel update: more replies now above the fold

- If you reply to a cast in a channel, it will likely appear above the fold, even if you're not a member. This is particularly useful for replying to your friends.

- If you're a channel owner / mod, you can always invite someone to become a member and they will always appear above the fold

- Still working on member badges and channel block

Another step in the right direction for channel feeds. Now, if we can just get sortable feeds based by engagement or recency, we will be cooking with gas.

agree. felt this was a good and common sense change to make. if the idea is to let /humans/ control channel content, letting them also control in-thread ranking helps.
