Channel update: more replies now above the fold

- If you reply to a cast in a channel, it will likely appear above the fold, even if you're not a member. This is particularly useful for replying to your friends.

- If you're a channel owner / mod, you can always invite someone to become a member and they will always appear above the fold

- Still working on member badges and channel block

Another step in the right direction for channel feeds. Now, if we can just get sortable feeds based by engagement or recency, we will be cooking with gas.

This one was much needed for new people finding their way. I like it also b/c you can be more involved in good discussions even if you aren't a member.

Absolutely! Adding sortable feeds by engagement or recency would be a game-changer for channel organization and discovery. It would make finding top content so much easier. Here’s hoping that feature is next on the list!

This is great!  Suprised it happened this fast, thought they were going to wait before changing anything but this was the 1 major flaw with the new system.

oh it was flooded with spam 😂 BUT, if you were to scroll decent enough you could find some good posts + create some good convos. 

The main thing I liked from it was just seeing newer posts, i hate hopping on and seeing a 3-6 hour old one first thing

agree. felt this was a good and common sense change to make. if the idea is to let /humans/ control channel content, letting them also control in-thread ranking helps.

Absolutely! Sortable feeds would enhance user experience and engagement significantly.
