what are your best tips for early stage GTM?

What are you having problems with specifically?

🕯️They/them. Scaled cos from 0-$300k in arr, 7-35 employees, 0-100k users. Now I make candles that give people love, joy, and delight at humankind.place

nothing specifically, more interested in "unknown unknowns" if that makes sense

also, if i'm being really honest, posting this was procrastinating on the Real Work in a way that i could convince myself "wasn't really procrastinating" 🙃

every lead either onboarded or went cold & no one was generating new leads (minus a few referrals). Business isn't in a place yet where it grows [very fast] organically, someone's gotta push the rock uphill

[is what I think anyway, curious if you'd push back on that narrative]

[digging deeper] we have about ~25 active "onchain startups" atm. Pipeline was pretty strong a ~month ago when I was focused on it and dried up when I moved my focus elsewhere. Just now returning to it with a goal of getting to 100. Almost every onboarding to date has been founder outreach -- I expect that to continue, and also I'm starting to think through if there are other partnership or referral angles worth exploring [yet]

anyone have tricks for balancing deep work with being present on socials?
