what are your best tips for early stage GTM?

Create 5 cohorts by persona (developer, content creator, fundraisers), find public usage of Venmo/Zelle on Twitter or Farcaster, tag users to their cohorts, onboard 100x, measure retention, measure churn d30/60/90. Do another lap and add page views/link clicks per wallet address, do another lap and add willingness to pay, do another lap and segment by language.

how do you identify the strongest markets?

Do not blow it on marketing and low LTV users. Win the strongest markets, then fan out from there using churn metrics as quasi-divining rod.
