My dear friends, I’m completely out of it today. I’ve got a serious case of food poisoning… Must have eaten something bad, and I’ve been in bed all day. I can’t eat anything, my stomach is in so much pain. I’m just drinking sparkling mineral water. What do you usually do in situations like this? How do you treat it?

Of course, you need to drink a lot, but not carbonated water - don't complicate the work of the intestines. Well, and adsorbents, the pharmacy will offer different types. Get well soon

In such situations, my grandmother used to make me drink about 3 litres of warm boiling water, until it almost got out of me, in a clean state. It’s not pleasant, but really helps, if you have poisoned.

Just 2 days back, I was facing same things. I also vomited. I ate rich with gourd vegetables. Gourd takes our stomach cool. I drank cool water also.

Oh no, hope you feel better soon! I usually just rest, sip ORS or ginger tea, and stay hydrated. 💧💙

So sorry you're feeling this way. Rest well and keep sipping water or ORS to stay hydrated. If you feel better later, start with light foods like toast or bananas. Ginger tea can help with nausea. Avoid spicy or oily food for now. If it gets worse, please see a doctor. Wishing you a speedy recovery 🤗
