My dear friends, I’m completely out of it today. I’ve got a serious case of food poisoning… Must have eaten something bad, and I’ve been in bed all day. I can’t eat anything, my stomach is in so much pain. I’m just drinking sparkling mineral water. What do you usually do in situations like this? How do you treat it?

Hm.. I would recommend to cook tomorrow rice and to drink the boiled water from the rice (do you understand what I mean?) get well soon.
