🧡🏋️‍♀️For the second month in a row, I've continued going to the gym, and I'm truly glad I decided to take this step. I was able to motivate myself and once again realized how important motivation is and how often we don't know where to find it. Everything gets put off until tomorrow, until later, and dozens of excuses are made. But it's so important to find your own personal motivation. It was a friend of mine who started working out with her whole family. And then it was up to me to take this step.
