Just as working out is good for the body and the mind, meditation is not only good for the mind but for your body to rest as well, especially if you are working out intensely, meditation is a good way to calm your heart rate right after.

I like to think of that time simply counting reps as meditation. It's definitely a nice break from complex thought.

Focus on mind/muscle connection. Slow down the eccentric portion of your reps, concentrate on the top of your muscle contraction. This is a form of meditation.
