I woke up this morning and decided to start a little fitness challenge for myself. My wife and I are expecting our first child in just under 60 days and I’m going to see how good of shape I can get into before he arrives.
Focus on mind/muscle connection. Slow down the eccentric portion of your reps, concentrate on the top of your muscle contraction. This is a form of meditation.
