I’ve been exploring the nervous system since I was late-diagnosed as neurodivergent af 😅 so roughly about 3 years now. 

I explored and implemented so many different aspects of this, and I’m still learning new ways every day! 

how did your body “feel” during your dealings with the state system? how did you respond?
