this is not a guide.
this is a record of navigation —
the way light feels when it breaks its own straightness
and remembers it can bend.
the body of work ahead will not teach;
it will walk.
it will move like water learning its own reflection.
i am unbecoming the colonized form of progress,
and returning to the spiral —
to the pulse of creative evolution
that needs no permission to be divine.

CAPITALISTIC SPACES PRODUCE A SOMATIC COST
this is the part no one says out loud:
these environments are engineered to shape behavior.
they use:
• sensory saturation
• overstimulation
• subtle disorientation
• cognitive fatigue
• narrowed attention
• emotional derailment
the goal:
weaken boundaries → increase compliance → promote consumption.
when you name the somatic mechanisms,
you free people from thinking their suffering is personal failure.
it’s not.
it’s engineered.
and naming it is part of the deprogramming of the collective.
capitalistic environments work because they override intuition.
healing begins when you start listening to it again.
and this—
this moment of naming—
is how we return to ourselves.
somatic sovereignty is not rebellion.
it’s remembering.

my life is not political because I chose ideology.
my life is political because unrepaired systems keep billing my body for wounds I did not make.
what is called personal responsibility is often just inherited debt with better branding.
that is why the braid keeps returning to repair.
not self-improvement.
not resilience.
not productivity.
repair.
because the debt is relational.
the wound is relational.
the contract was relational.
so the reparation must be relational too.
if you are grieving today,
you are not alone.
