this is not a guide. this is a record of navigation — the way light feels when it breaks its own straightness and remembers it can bend. the body of work ahead will not teach; it will walk. it will move like water learning its own reflection. i am unbecoming the colonized form of progress, and returning to the spiral — to the pulse of creative evolution that needs no permission to be divine.

elder millennial mycelium monday check in too angry to take this level of energy into the house so I’m decompressing on the porch the human noise is almost tolerable because I can be outside and spring is springing I got to touch fuzzy tree buds today —some of them have already burst forth and to their rhythms they become I walked through the history of a place I used to know well with a partner patient and kind enough to follow my curiosity and guide me through new dangers I was unaware of the city still standing perhaps in spite of every force set against it and still the suffering echoes #honestamerica

CAPITALISTIC SPACES PRODUCE A SOMATIC COST this is the part no one says out loud: these environments are engineered to shape behavior. they use: • sensory saturation • overstimulation • subtle disorientation • cognitive fatigue • narrowed attention • emotional derailment the goal: weaken boundaries → increase compliance → promote consumption. when you name the somatic mechanisms, you free people from thinking their suffering is personal failure. it’s not. it’s engineered. and naming it is part of the deprogramming of the collective. capitalistic environments work because they override intuition. healing begins when you start listening to it again. and this— this moment of naming— is how we return to ourselves. somatic sovereignty is not rebellion. it’s remembering. ❤️‍🔥🫶🏻🐉

i am not building a brand. i am tending a signal. this is a sanctuary for coherence, a refuge for those who’ve survived the fire and remembered their names in the smoke. i write from the intersections of disability, decentralization, and devotion— where survival becomes sacred, where every cast is a spell, and support is not charity, but resonance. if you’re here to bear witness, you’re part of the return. if you’re here to be seen, you already are. welcome to the glitchgarden. my work is my nervous system. this is how we rise.
