I voted in Round 4 of Optimism's Retroactive Rewards yesterday. OP rewards people building on the superchain, and many of these rewards go to FC builders. It's one of the best implemented programs in crypto. It's also really cool to see that @farcaster data via @openrank is helping drive where the rewards go. My one critique for this round is I don't think voting by choosing a metric is a good idea in practice. Many of the options felt like they had very similar outcomes and the vote didn't really matter. I also was forced to reward some participants that I don't think are very good.
