Any recommendations for headphones? I've had the Bose XM4s, regular airpods, Airpods maxes. I'm looking for headphones that are not to heavy on the head and really make things sound *clear*. I listen to a lot of jazz, bossa nova, pop etc.

Are you looking for wireless or wired? What features do you prioritise the most (e.g. ANC (if wireless) or sound quality or comfort/weight)? What’s your budget? I think if you provide these 3 parameters and ask any LLM, usually the recommendation is pretty decent.

I asked Gemini and it recommended: Meze 99 Classics (among few others). 2 other aspects i forgot to mention is: are you looking for open–back or closed-back design (open back is supposedly better sounding but will have sound leakage so usually only for home listening) and i assume you want something easy to drive i.e. power (headphones have different impedence i.e. resistance so higher-impedence headphones may not be optimal if you're powering it with phone or macbook you need an amp). Headphones like Sennheiser HD 600 are really great but 1) open-back and 2)harder to drive.

I highly suggest for you to check out headphone shops and try them out yourselves. Sound and comfort is highly subjective.

Wired, anc nice but necessary, sound quality balanced and clear, comfort and weight very important, budget $500~, can go above or below
