anyone got any recommendations for a dopamine reset/retreat? looking to sit by myself for 10 days somewhere that isn’t $400+ a night things i need: internet, a single stove burner, a bed, nature to walk in thing i don’t need: everything else including people & things to do

- practice mindfulness more often(i.e. being present and aware of your existence, usually i just focus on the sensations of my feet on the ground etc) - reduce social media/screen time/notifications - increase movement (if you can run, run, else, walk) - doesn't need to be a full day, but rather increased intentional periods of the above
