looking to sit by myself for 10 days somewhere that isn’t $400+ a night

things i need: internet, a single stove burner, a bed, nature to walk in

thing i don’t need: everything else including people & things to do

wild article for several reasons, including but not limited to:

1. opens with "crypto founder Charles Hoskinson fled in terror"

2. second paragraph then goes "created Cardano, the 10th biggest crypto coin with a market cap of $24B" smh

3. details darkness retreats where individuals (including Aaron Rodgers, Tiffany Hadish, and Dwight Howard) spend a few days alone in darkness and silence without any electronics (aka "dopamine fast.") some crazy people have spent 40 days (wtf!!!)

4. apparently in the first day or two, participants overproduce melatonin so have deep, deep rest like taking sedatives. also takes a full day to stop absentmindedly trying to check their phone.

5. there are 5 darkness retreat centers in the US and 100 worldwide. the "Sky Cave" where Hoskinson went has a two year (yes, two full year) waiting list. 

6. oh yeah, some people start hallucinating by day three and equate it to what happens on a DMT trip.

have you considered a backpacking trip?  you don't have to cover much ground unless you want to and you can easily carry everything you need for 5 days at a time with very little planning and preparation

Pick up your bag-pack along with a sleeping bag, burner and a tent. Find out a good spot and camp for 10 days. Will be fun.

U can visit Sardinia to any of the thousands Bnb’s or hotels we have around the island (my fam also has one), most of them if not all have internet, nice beaches a lot of nature and if u wanna avoid ppl just don’t go to crowded places that simple. Sounds exactly like what u described

Namibia is the place to go! Flight maybe bit expensive/far but weather perfect, beautiful nature, down to earth people (omurenga.com)
