Words. Every morning, in my notebook, I write down the date and my words for the day, based on an "algorithm" that's a mix of random words and words on repeating cycles, each mapped to various time cycles.
Today's words are Identity, Sustainability, Intention, Expectations, and Aesthetic. The words create the framework for my spiritual contemplations without enforcing any particular rigid dogma, which I bristle against.
I'm not as fussy about notebooks as I used to be, but I always use a Pilot G-2 pen.
My favorite comfort snack is air-fried potato gnocchi - lightly coat with cooking oil, air fryer at 350 for 18 minutes, then toss in cinnamon sugar.
I think humanity is really cool and we're just going through growing pains at the moment, because that's what humans do. Grow. 1 reply
