You have never been to Ireland? They have ice cream rain or shine. On sunny days it might sell out. Also my local ones does the scoops too big. Even for my kids

The debate is always cone versus cup. Cone is classic and especially when the cone taste buttery nice, it’s great. Then when the ice cream melts and hands get sticky, cup makes sense to hold and walk with the ice cream in summer!
