I’ve been thinking about web 3 yield products. Many of them are flawed in which they promise stable yield, but there isn’t a collateral when things blow up. What’s missing is collateral in a smart contract. Say if there’s a default, it should trigger release of collateral (could be RWA tokens). That way it’s more of a bond; too many web 3 yield products are structured like equity now, if the company goes down, investors go down as well, that’s not right. Appreciation in prices does not compensate for the risk, just as bond prices go up or down, there needs to be an obligation to pay or face dire consequences. Are there any good stable yield products with collateral in a Smart contract? Build on @base.base.eth
