1 month postpartum hits different in the gym. Slow movements, core and pelvis are my priorities especially after a c-section. I can’t believe how strong human body is and what it can endure. I also don’t know how some influencers get their pre pregnancy body back right away after birth. It Is sooo difficultttt!

The influencer you mention are scamming you. They either take photos before they start showing , or they rely on plastic surgery. Any one who is like bam I’m Back baby , 30 days after giving birth is gaslighting you .
