1 month postpartum hits different in the gym. Slow movements, core and pelvis are my priorities especially after a c-section. I can’t believe how strong human body is and what it can endure. I also don’t know how some influencers get their pre pregnancy body back right away after birth. It Is sooo difficultttt!

Exercising 1 month postpartum is courageous. Took 3 months to heal before I went back to low impact cardio at home. The effort to time your newborn’s sleep + effort to head out to the gym is so respectable. You got this! 💪🏻
