Trying to stay within specific heart rate zones is such a fun little game I honestly forgot I'm even running at times 😅

have you tried interval training? it has been a very big game changer for me. its always: 2km on z2 [training session] 2km on z2 [training sessionc could be]: 3x 800m @4:15 m/km 5x 1200 @4:45 m/km etc...

I second this. Interval training for sprints (running) is what I do: 30 sec sprint, 30 sec walk for 5 mins Then ramp up in 15 sec intervals. Can apply to biking too

the fact that you are talking this is epic, because it tells me about the potential of the miniapp. like the ai coach giving you these challenges and you completing them and then sharing your actual sessions could be actually so amazing footage and a powerful cycle

Yup little in game achievements basically, would be so motivating. Little games and goals make things so much more manageable mentally

I want to run a 40 miler this summer Then if I can do that run across the state of Rhode Island which would be like 35ish east to west but that's not checking back in with my car like I normally do on long runs, so I want to make sure I can run the 40 miler first I put it in my watch to train me for mid August 😅
