have you tried interval training? it has been a very big game changer for me. its always: 2km on z2 [training session] 2km on z2 [training sessionc could be]: 3x 800m @4:15 m/km 5x 1200 @4:45 m/km etc...

I haven't tried any of that yet, I just got a watch so I can do more fun things like that Previously I just went for 1 or 2 hours depending to clear my head/ how I felt.. I'll try interval training soon though! š«”

I second this. Interval training for sprints (running) is what I do: 30 sec sprint, 30 sec walk for 5 mins Then ramp up in 15 sec intervals. Can apply to biking too
