One thing I realised yet again in the last few weeks is: "casting a lot" is not the way to grow here

it's more of being in conversations
it's more of being a part of a community
it's more of uplifting someone or handing a support
it's more of sharing opinions and agreeing to disagree
it's more of you in authenticity

I have missed you in my mentions but you can see if you say glad to have you back, you didn't see all the hundreds of casts I posted in the last few months haha. The point.

True, tbh, I took a break from here and then came back to absolute zero visibility. Then I casted a lot but it wasn't reaching anywhere as well. Even the mindset of growing needs to be in place.

And then you need to start genuinely being present in conversations and that bring you better breakthroughs.
