I wake up at 5.30 three days a week - sometimes four (depending on dinner commitments πŸ˜‰) It’s changed my relationship to discipline - I find waking up pre dawn, meditating, working out all before everything is buzzing around you is a deeply soothing and satisfying practice. 5.30 club #itap
