I haven’t been as motivated to work on /stokefire recently. Mainly because I don’t see a clear and straight forward path to growing it. The market isn’t currently interested in onchain games and projects trying newer things like Stoke Fire. Which causes problems for Stoke Fire because our token model is built around the speculation of $FIRE and volume that comes from it. I have seen that a token can be very valuable for a game in that when speculation is high, it can drive lots of growth and interest in the game and people are willing to give it a try. But when speculation is down, the token becomes like a dead weight that can ruin the fun experience for players. Double-edged sword.

thankfully the token hasn't really plummeted like crazy...on the contrary, it's pretty stable which is a good sign imho. 1 important thing needs to be changed which scares people off from giving the game a try: being online every 3 or 6 hours to get ressources...this needs an option to be somehow automated...ideally via paying a small $fire fee. what's your opinion on that?

I bought in at .67 so I’d say it has plummeted significantly.

I can see that. But I think eventually that kind of is how the game works once you get camps. You don’t have to open the game much once you have those automating things. And in the early days I think it’s a fun little streak where you do have to be a little more active.
