Just came off 25 hours offline. No phone, no social, just family, faith, and Shabbat. This weeks reading: “Let God appoint someone… who will lead them out and bring them in, so they won’t be like sheep without a shepherd.” (Numbers 27:16-17) Reminded me… leadership isn’t about control, it’s about showing up for your people and your purpose.
