We're welcoming our first intern at @nodefoundation tomorrow. 

She'll be working with us this summer to create an amazing IRL guest experience when we open later this year.

I want this experience to be great for her.

My first manager brought me into a lot of high stakes conversations. Was nice being a fly on the wall

And sometimes I would participate, and the other high stakes party might’ve been annoyed at me, but my manager never got mad at me for speaking up and always guided me to the right answer

This. I was lucky to have this exposure and was probably th best part.
