I hide on average 5-10 casts per day in /firefits Why? Because they’re not fire fits! Do I enjoy it? No! I have a full time job and maintaining a channel is a lot of work 🥲 So how to get your fits to stay? Show me your personal style!! Just to add a personal note on this: I'm still not satisfied with the current "Add App" and wallet connection flows. I know there are rough edges. The workarounds I posted are temporary solutions so you all can still use the app without getting stuck. But my personal standard for this is much higher. I'm quite sensitive to things not working perfectly, so please know that polishing this into a seamless, "it just works" experience is at the very top of my list. It will be better soon.

Just something I’ve been thinking about after reading that @geoffgolberg cast and @dwr.eth's reaction. “Invite your friends” sounds too simple for a platform that raised $180M. But maybe the strategy isn’t the problem. Perhaps the targeting is. Growth isn’t about spending more—it’s about knowing who you’re growing with. In the early stages, the right move isn’t mass adoption. It’s magnetic adoption.Start with the innovators—the ones already leaning in. Understand the job they’re hiring the product to do. Build momentum with them, not just for them. Most platforms overspend trying to scale what isn’t resonant. Farcaster has a shot to do the opposite—scale what already is. That costs less. But it demands clarity.

Today was a build day. Here are the results. I’m excited to share a major update to Reply, focused on discovery, user experience, and reliability, all based directly on your feedback. Introducing the New Discovery Homepage The biggest change is a brand new homepage. Instead of just a search bar, you'll now find a curated list of active users, sorted by followers, making it easier than ever to find and connect with key people on Farcaster. I'm incredibly humbled to already see builders like @ahn.eth, @esdotge, @kylepatrick.eth, @push-, @dish, @burrrrrberry and other awesome people on the list. This is a huge step toward making Reply a core piece of Farcaster infrastructure. Quality of Life Upgrades I've also shipped a ton of UI/UX improvements you asked for: - Better Mobile Chat: The reply box now intelligently resizes as you type, and the layout adjusts to your keyboard. No more typing blind. - Clean & Consistent Prices: Large reply prices are now formatted cleanly (e.g., "1M"), and the display is consistent across the entire app. - Back Button Added: I've added a back button to user pages for much smoother navigation. Bug Fixes & What's Next A reliable app is my top priority. I've squashed some critical bugs: - Fixed the "Invalid Price" display error for very large token amounts. - Resolved an issue where special characters in names or messages would break Telegram notifications. A quick note on Search: To make way for the new homepage and ensure a high-quality experience, I've temporarily hidden the search bar. The old system wasn't good enough. I'm rebuilding it from scratch to be much faster and more accurate, and it's my top priority for the next update. Thank you for all the incredible feedback that made this possible. Now, back to work on that search feature.
