We ate this 1.6kg (3.5 lbs in freedom units) beast of a t-bone.

Usually I'm more of a medium rare kinda guy, but the others wanted rare. Came as blue rare. A skilled veterinarian could have saved it. Gotta say, hit the spot just right.

Too rare for my tastes.  I would’ve liked to have seen that skilled veterinarian resuscitate that cow though. 😁

I took a few smaller pieces (had carbonara already), that were grilled a bit more. I'm a medium rare person... But the others enjoyed it (and so far, no one had any problems) immensly.
