the token that performed best today did not have velocity or pump after launch yesterday it was sniped, bid up, dumped and stagnated and then it was memed coin price in the minutes or hours after launch is relatively insignificant, but users mostly don't seem to think that is true. fascinating to me

I think its part of what makes clanker a casual act for a lot of people when clankers go up, it feels empowering - like you were right and aligned with network reality when clankers go down, you toss them aside - market was right, but you weren't really wrong, some external force won some people delete coin request casts, others hope that coins will get adopted. my impulsive response is to widen rewards distribution, but its a fine line. need to embed clankers as a natural, memetic act as organically as possible. I hate when I see people repeatedly attempt to manufacture attention, using images or phrases I've posted several times, trying to ride the wave but without any balance

the scenario for 95% coins is: snipooors apes in first joe public come slowly in via uniswap coin pumps snipooors dump joe public panics dumps at a loss coin dies tbh this is the perfect time to start buying (snipooors/ dumpers out) into a coin IF the meme/ community is strong it will pick up momentum.

‘sniping, bidding up and stagnating’ is the imminent reality of the memecoin as it exists multiplied by the ease of deployment which decreases the chance of building up a community. but if someone is endorsing the token, yeah, it changes the game. my example: i lost $53k trying to recover $CTO. unfortunately no one casted about it a word although the token is created ‘by Dune’ that is what makes people dump on other people, fear of loss
