fell back into a messed up sleep cycle bc of a lil heartbreak 5 nights ago. it is crazy how i can notice these changes now and recognize the triggers, that i never could for 6+ years. p.s. heartbreaks aren’t always the romantic kind. anyone in your life can break your heart if you give them enough power.

Breaking up with friends is like 💯 more painful than romantic 😭 barely any closure and just fractured This is rarely portrayed in media 😤😓 I had a falling out in college, that shit haunts me today. I confronted her with what was wrong & had a mutual friend to moderate. She DGAF 🏠 🔥 💀

Really sorry to hear that, but the ability to make honest assessments of state and embracing vulnerability as part of your character are kinda super powers when it comes to healing.
