Being comfortable can hurt your entrepreneurial spirit. ⚠️ An early and unearned sense of security can be the worst thing that can happen to a business. It can absolutely kill resourcefulness -- that sense of frugality, scrappiness, and creative ways of finding a solution without throwing money at it. All these things shape your company culture. That’s why I don’t like early token sales.

Couldn’t agree more. Pressure forces you to focus, build lean, and actually talk to users. Early money gives the illusion of progress when nothing real has been proven yet.
