my phone is broken and super slow at charging 😔 i bought it in sept but didn't get apple care+, paid with my amex but it's 90 days pass the date of coverage. hopefully they'll fix it as manufacturer's defect

Do you pay your monthly cellular bill with your Amex? In America that makes you eligible for their service. Not sure if it’s the same in Canada but I don’t buy apple care anymore and I’ve used it on 2 phones with a $50 deductible.

luckily i don't have to pay the monthly phone bill! just the purchase has to be on the card
