Why is US GDP growth so weirdly constant? More importantly, why is it constant between 2-3%? Why not 1%? Or 10%? What’s the constraint?

it's not a random occurrence; there is like a preferred economic growth zone at 2-3% so the levers that a competent gov pull keep us there
