Just ask yourself - have you ever bought something smart with fomo? The key is to recognize when you have fomo. Sounds weird, but I learned a lot about my fomo when trading shitcoins. Now I have an inner alert waking me when I feel full fomo (most of the time)

If this is the FOMO part of the cycle its a very sad one indeed. Counterpoint, this is the part of the cycle you think back to and regret not having more FOMO. That's not to say there aren't tokens with inflated values that will be only down from here but many will be "up mostly" soon until the crash.
