From what I've noticed, his followers tend to avoid rabbit holes, preferring the icy peaks of the Tatra Mountains, where they gather half-naked to be rescued by search and rescue teams.

Oh I was comparing Russia to Poland. As for effectiveness of sanctions, Russia does a lot of creative accounting to create an impression of ineffective sanctions. Yes, they might not hurt war machine that much, but they wrecked havoc everywhere else.
