Ethereum’s real edge is systems that don’t need governance at all
When we do need it, a lot of crypto governance today ends up more concentrated, easier to capture, and with less clear accountability than boards/shareholders

Quick reminder - the reason some rollups still have security councils is b/c the proving tech isnt fully mature
If there's a bug, they can’t hard fork like Ethereum/Bitcoin to recover, so they keep a group of diverse actors as a human escape hatch
