A great shift for me was changing my perspective/mindset on sports. before, I was focused on having a βsummer bodyβ, but now I aim to maintain a healthy physique throughout my life. Another crucial part was the importance of aligning my training with my menstrual cycle. And lastly, weight lifting -game changer!
