at the gym! thought i would quickly film my warm up cos u can just do things 10 squats 20 lunges 10 press ups ( on knees if reg is difficult) give it a try maybe do 2 rounds if ur at home 🫶🏾

You make this thing look so easy..I fell sick after trying to do few press ups plus I can’t also deal with post gym cramps

yeahh the pain is alot but it does get easier ish with practice! just do what you can and what u enjoy doing 🙌🏾
