first session back in the states complete
tried out my new spikes they feel good
practised my run-up as i’m opening my season this weekend at penn relays
and finished with lifts
i also found out have been invited to do a continental tour street meet in puerto rico in may which is exciting! 🎉

spent today antique shopping with my mum and now i’m getting ready for training and gym this evening
i am wearing a new jersey jumper even though nj is my least favourite state as we stopped at a service station in nj yesterday and i collect usa state jumpers
btw jumper is british for sweater

spent this evening at the personal agents demo night by granola and zo computer in london
i presented gymbot the ai coach ive been building
it was sooo awesome to see some friendly farcaster faces
@luc did an awesome demo of 3 agents he built
and it was lovely seeing @sidshekhar @ericjuta @grace !!! 🫶🏾

i have been locked in since my coach said ive been invited to compete at penn relays a continental tour meet on the 26th april 🇺🇸
im nervous but excited to get back out there

btw i left my phone on the plane on tuesday
i realised when it was too late
i checked reddit and all the threads were like u are not getting it back fam
but i filled out the lost item form and they replied in a couple hours and i got my phone back in the post today
dont let reddit bring you down 🫶🏾

yaaa id like to see claude do 1 hour warm up isometric knee exercises 8 x 2 hops and a jump followed by resisted sprints and run up practice with gym including pull ups
